حمید عسکری متولد 20 مهر 57، آبادان، اصلیت شیرازی، بزرگ شده ی اصفهان می باشد. آهنگ هیشکی مثل من تو رو دوست جدید نداره رو به تمامی هوادارانش تقدیم می کند.
حمید عسکری کار خود را در سال ۱۳۷۷ با گروه موزیک مهرگان (گروه دانشجویی) شروع کرد و در سال ۱۳۸۲ گروه را ترک نموده و مشغول آهنگسازی برای خوانندگان گردید. در سال ۱۳۸۴ قرارداد آلبوم نخست وی به نام کما بسته و آلبوم سال بعد منتشر گردید.
فعالیت هنری خود را از سال ۸۴- ۸۵ بصورت حرفه ای شروع کرد.
