Acknowledging the importance of SEO in online business growth, Healthy Bites' marketing team decided to focus heavily on a comprehensive SEO strategy centering around general keywords. They carried out thorough keyword research, identifying the general keywords that potential customers were using when seeking healthy snack alternatives.
They also ensured not to overstuff their content with keywords, instead following a more balanced and natural distribution throughout their content. This strategic framing made the website more relevant and visible to a broad target audience, resulting in an improved ranking on search engine result pages (SERPs).
The study, performed by an upstate New York high school, aimed at investigating the effect of time management methods on academic performance and personal stress levels among students. The thirty students involved were asked to attend a 2-hour time management workshop designed by a time management expert.
