ICMEI and Indo DPR Korea Film and Cultural Forum Award Scholarships

Noida: In a remarkable display of cultural diplomacy and educational collaboration, the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), in partnership with the Indo DPR Korea Film and Cultural Forum, presented scholarships to deserving students from the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPR Korea).
The scholarships offer an opportunity for these students to pursue short-term courses at the prestigious Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT) in India. The ceremonial presentation took place during the visit of His Excellency Choe Hui Choi the Ambassador of DPR Korea to India, at the Marwah Studios in Noida Film City.
The initiative was hailed by Dr. Sandeep Marwah, a prominent figure in the media and entertainment industry and the driving force behind the endeavor. Dr. Marwah expressed that the establishment of the Indo DPR Korea Film and Cultural Forum serves as a bridge to foster closer ties between the people of India and DPR Korea through the medium of arts and culture.
