Dr. Sandeep Marwah Wins Hearts at WAVES Summit, for Pioneering Role in Media and Entertainment Industry


Mumbai: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder of Noida Film City and President of Marwah Studios, captivated the audience at the prestigious WAVES – World Audio Visual Entertainment Summit held at the JIO World Convention Centre, Mumbai. Speaking on the compelling topic “Public-Private Collaboration for Developing Indian OTTs and Hyper-Local Content,” Dr. Marwah’s visionary insights and decades-long contributions to the Indian media landscape earned widespread admiration and applause.

In his powerful address, Dr. Marwah emphasized the importance of robust infrastructure in building a thriving content ecosystem. “Producing content is only possible when you have a strong foundation. That’s exactly what I’ve been striving to develop for the country—from establishing the second film city of India in Noida, creating a world-class film and television studio complex, founding an international-level film and TV academy, radio stations, OTT platforms, a film Club, A research Centre, and a professional production house,” he stated.
