Food delivery firms like Swiggy do not offer their services in trains; they deliver food to your door. There aren't many companies that deliver restaurant cuisine by train, although there are a handful (like Swiggy and Zomato). Nevertheless, some of them are IRCTC-authorized while others are not.
Any passenger who receives unclean, rotting, or uncooked food may request a refund or file a complaint with the IRCTC. However, the IRCTC does not listen to the complaints of unlicensed partners. My understanding is that the finest IRCTC e-catering partner for meal delivery is ZoopIndia. More than 600 stations are served by its services. It offers a wide variety of foods to consume, including fruits, cakes, chocolates, South Indian, Chinese, and much more.
