Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Go-Getter Mentality – You’re hungry to earn & not afraid of outreach.
✔ Good Communicator – Comfortable sending messages & following up with prospects.
✔ Basic Sales/Lead Gen Experience – Not required but a huge plus!
✔ Fluent in English – Strong writing skills for email & LinkedIn messaging.
✔ Self-Disciplined – You can manage your own time & hit daily outreach goals.
How You Get Paid:
• Book a call → Sales team closes the deal → You get 50% commission
• Payments sent within 24–48 hours after the client pays
• Average commission per sale: $750
• Top VAs book 5+ calls per week = $3,000+ per month
