This client wanted this area raised and levelled for a more usable space and appealing look. We built a timber retaining wall around the yard with access steps. Added a full drainage system behind the wall and compacted road base to build up the land. Added and levelled a thick layer of nutrient enriched underturf soil and let the owner lay there own lawn to save a few dollars. Quality materials supplied by @centenarylandsc
