I understood the importance of yoga in my childhood and I have been teaching yoga for over 25 years.

Yoga is very important in life, I hope everyone has realised about it now after seeing COVID-19.

I teach pranayama and meditation that are key to be healthy.

Health is wealth, only when one takes care of the health then can live a meaningful life.

Actually yoga is a part of life but somehow we have left it slowly and gone too far away from it.
